Every once in a while, there comes a live act that peaks all interest. This Friday, Mexrrissey hits the hometown of The Smiths once again for their La Reina is Dead show.
Led by Camilo Lara and Sergio Mendoza, this isn’t your ordinary tribute act, it’s a Mariachi-inspired love affair to all things Moz (well, all things music of course).
While their debut album No Manchester didn’t feature any Smiths songs, Mexrrissey are set to celebrate the 30th anniversary of The Queen is Dead when they play the Albert Hall on Friday April 27th.
Tickets are still available for Mexrrissey at the Albert Hall and are on-sale here.
