Musical icon Jack White has surprise released a new single today (Friday) under the title “Battle Cry”. 

The two and a half minute instrumental anthem comes weeks after White stated in his New Yorker interview that he had plans for new music. The single is White‘s first new material since 2014’s Lazaretto album.
