Peter Hook & The Light To Play Substance at O2 Academy This Friday

There’s so very few British acts throughout history that have made the impact that both Joy Division and New Order have made…and bassist Peter Hook was a founder in both.

This Friday night, Peter Hook and his band The Light will preform both Substance albums by both iconic bands in a full, three-hour show that will surely be a night to remember. Firstly Hooky will blast through the offerings that New Order gave us including classics such as “Blue Monday”, “True Faith”, “Bizarre Love Triangle”,  “The Perfect Kiss” among loads more before he ends with the Joy Division set featuring “Love Will Tear Us Apart”, “Transmission”, “She’s Lost Control”, “Atmosphere” and more.

Tickets are still on-sale for Peter Hook‘s city return and we’re sure Friday will prove to be a marvellous show.
