The immense shoegaze rockers Slowdive have officially signed with Dead Oceans and have released their first single in 22 years, since their 1995 album Pygmalion. 

Their first single in 22 years titled “Star Roving” effortlessly shows the band’s ability to create expansive songs like only very few can and an sincere song that should please the patient Slowdive fanbase.

The independent label Dead Oceans have expressed they’re proud to be apart of Slowdive‘s next chapter. In May 2016, Slowdive‘s Rachel Goswell stated the band have began working on a new album.

The band will play a headline slot at this year’s Field Day in London this Aummer.
