MPF will return for another year this April proving once again that the DIY punk scene in the UK is very much so alive. Top-billed by Paint It Black (preforming their first UK show in seven years), Strike Anywhere, Belvdere, The Toasters, Martha and The Filaments.
The festival will be taking over two new venues this year after a huge sell-out in 2016, Sound Control which will host two stages, the great Gorilla, Zombie Shack, Underdog, the classic Retro Bar and Zoo.

Brutal Youth, Chief, Clowns, Black Star Dub Collective, Onsind, The Murderburgers, A0S3, Ducking Punches, Revenge of the Psychotronic Man, Mighty Midgets, Edward in Venice, Rash Decision, Faintest Ideas, Throwing Stuff, Nosebleed, Great Cynics, Grand Collapse, Tosserlad, Despite Everything, Crywank, Honey Joy, El Escapado, Maid of Age, Muskets, Petrol Girls, The Living Daylights, The Domestics, Shot! and many more are billed to preform.
MPF have also just released the 12th volume of their Manchester Punk Festival compilation under a pay-what-you-want platform on their Bandcamp. Tickets are surprisingly still available here!
