The Dead 60s, the popular scouse ska band who came to prominence in the mid 2000s with their popular Deltasonic debut, have announced they will reunite for a one-off gig at the Liverpool O2 Academy.
The band had moderate success in the mid 2000s with their song “Riot Radio”, which was also featured on several film and video game soundtracks.
During that time, they opened for several big name acts such as Morrissey and label-mates The Coral and The Zutons. During their early years as Pinhole, they opened for Green Day and even recorded a John Peel session.
The band announced their split in 2008, but will return April 8th at the O2 Academy.
