LIMF Academy To Present Show at Proud Camden

The Liverpool International Music Festival Academy will be taking their brightest stars to Proud Camden in London at the end of this month for a showcase show hosted by BBC Radio’s DJ Target and Dave Monks on Wednesday 27th April.

Headlining the showcase is Michael Seary, hotly tipped local DJ who reccently released his well airplayed single “Can’t Say It Back” with Luke Cusato. Joining him at the top of the bill is noneother than the soul/Motown influenced songwriter Jalen N’Gonda, a  young man who’s known throughout the Liverpool music scene for his raw and energetic live shows and he’s bound to put on an excellent performance.

Amique joins them at the top of the bill, a very talented young man who we talked about in our Threshold Six findings a few days ago, he’s an artist who’s bound to go far.

LIMF is bringing along some special guests including XamVolo, who’s already had a good 2016 with releasing his EP “The Closing Scene” (which you can listen to below) at the start of the year which has gained some excellent reviews and his lead single “Rescue Me” has had significant airplay on the likes of BBC Radio 6.

Also on the special guests list is female lead electro-pop act Halem, another band who apparently played an fantastic set at Threshold last weekend (some of which you can see here courtesy of The Guide) and DJ SUEDEBROWN, who is known for producing official remixes for artists such as Steve Aoki, Iggy Azalea and others.

LIMF is Merseyside’s leading music academy, offering 13-25 year olds “exclusive access to activities and insider know-how from the music industry” and access to the LIMF Summer Jam.

It’s a free show, so if you’re in London, why not go see what’s on offer, you won’t be disappointed.
