Local grassroots and indie festival Liverpool Calling returns once again for 2016 boasting a very strong line-up of Liverpool locals and outsiders, which is bound to please people, now located at Baltic Triangle locations Camp & Furnace and the Blade Factory.
Bristol indie-pop giants Coasts and varied indie rock band Spector headline the bill.
While they’re joined at the top of the bill by currently (and oddly unsigned) blues outfit The Family Rain, recent addition YAK, Australian festival scene veterans Tired Lion and more recently added bands October Drift and Findlay.
The top bill has been sprinkled with some locals, including recent Threshold standouts Elevant, The Mono LPs and Lying Bastards, along with The Wicked Whispers, The Jackobins, Mutant Vinyl, Too Many Poets and more.
Liverpool Calling also announced the addition of Acoustic Stage, headlined by the amazing Ellie Rose Smith, Michael Bennett and Moxie. While Jon Medows, Mamatung, Kid Conversation, Southbound Attic Band, Karl McCann and Billy Kelly are also present on that stage.
This is bound to be a great outing, bringing all different styles together for one day on July 9th. Tickets are available at SeeTickets for a steal at £20, and we highly recommend you go! and see the full line-up below!
